Criteria for being a great mountain biker
Endurance and endurance are a prerequisite for a mountain biker. Also, it takes discipline to practice and ambition to succeed and conquer the course. A novice biker will have to overcome the bumps and bruises from the fall of the bike. Like all sports, it takes practice and a constitution to keep trying.

The choice of bike is a personal choice and depends on the type of ride you will be doing. Bikes come in all different styles, shapes, and prices so choosing the right bike for you can be difficult. As mentioned earlier, off-road mountain biking can be dangerous. Typical safety equipment is a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. You should also consider safety goggles if you are driving in a heavily wooded area or if you follow a group of motorcyclists. Safety should be your first priority and not be taken lightly when driving, regardless of the terrain.
